Eng Oil Leaking from Bellhousing Drip Tube

94' F350 Turbo, Auto Transmission.
After long periods of idling, enging oil will drain from the the bellhousing cover drain tube. Temp gauge does not show enigine running hotter than normal. This problem does not happen under normal running.
I tried to remove the cover that has the drain tube but was unable to get it to drop. (This is the cover that covers the Flywheel and torque converter)

No visable oil anywhere else on the top or sides of the engine.

Any ideas?
