No Power at Starter Relay 98 E350

I got power at the one big lug, but no power at the small S terminal and of course no power at the other big lug, as it won't turn over, turn the key nothing, so where do I start, checked all the big fuses are good, I don't know abt. the relays and which one is which as nothing on my box is marked, checked a few small fuses, all the 20 and 30 amp, all Ok, what else would cut power to the relay??

there is a round single wire squeeze connector on the passenger side inner fender, right next to the vacuum pump. Squeeze it, pull it apart, and check for voltage there. If it has voltage, Chances are the wire is broken between that point and the starter. If it doesn't, try starting it in neutral. The MLPS sensor could be misaligned or going bad.

that would be if it cranked, correct? it has no power to the relay on fender, thus no crank and no power to starter
