94.5 powerstroke running rough

coming home from work last night about a mile out of the parking lot i was in 4th gear accelerating and the engine started missing terrible with excessive black/grey /white smoke.from idle to wideopen it misses.while idling it just rolls smoke. truck has 180k ,swamps injectors baby swamps maybe 20k on them ,stock lift pump,d 66 turbo,and a stock hpop.any help would be appreciated.

you should have got the hpop, its probably not supplying enough oil to your injectors, so they are probably going out
