No start....help please.

I have been fighting this problem for months now and still cant figure it out. the truck will start when its cold for about 10 sec and then it will die. when it runs for those 10 seconds it will not rev up past 1000 rpm's and it sounds like it is running off four cylinders. the only codes that are coming up are ICP sensor, ICP out of range, map sensor, and boost sensor. i have changed every one of those sensors except for the boost sensor. I have also changed the IPR o-rings, hpop sensor, cam sensor, PCM, IDM, and valve cover gastkets. does anybody know whats going on with it? could it be a wiring harness issue or fuel pump?

Sounds like glow plug relay. But not sure. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

Not sure about the OBS trucks, but the 99-03 7.3's have a UVCH (Under Valve Cover Harness) The UVCH has a tendency to back out causing one bank to misfire or not fire. Could be worth checking into. Heres a anywho.

Before you do that, try removing the chip. Also, check all your fuses. If the fuel bowl heater went it will short out the fuse to the PCM. Is your WTS light coming on/off like normal?
