blue smoke no start hot

my 97 powerstroke 5 speed is blowing lots of blue smoking when just accelerating, and it is staling out when coming to a stop. It takes long cranks to restart and you have to feather the gas pedal to restart. it idles normal, the smoke is only when driving. bought the truck online, but lot drives fine. there is a black oil puddle coming out the exaust, temp isnt rising. this psd takes longer than my older psd. Any advice would be appricated.

i pressure tested hpop and found losing oil pressure when warmed up . went to 0 psi as i was reving engine.i dead headed pump and that goes to 4000 psi.i pulled all injectors they look ok .i also buzz tested with the ae scanner sounded good . i sent injectors to get rebuilt for now hope they find something

ae scanner shows only ebp code and hpop oil pressure low ,pulled hpop out sent out to be tested and rebuilt
