97 f250 long crank to start,rough idle,no smoke???

I have a 97 f250 crew cab 4x4 that ive owned for a little over a year now. The only mods that i have done to it are a down pipe and 4 inch exhaust, and the diy tymar intake. I did have a 10k mod on it but when it started acting up that was the first to go.

Ok now where it all started was i went to leave in it last weekend got a 100 yards from my house and it wouldnt rev and the idle got real rough. so after reading a lot on here i started swaping parts off a known good truck and nothing has fixed it and i have run out of options. so far i have change the ipc, the ipr, the idm, i put a map sensor, a tps, cleaned the fpr out which had some pink rubber looking stuff in it,and i just got done changing the hpop, the truck has only be getting worst. now it wont stay idle it wont hardly start. I dont have a scanner either. the fuel pressure is staying constant at 63 psi wihile cranking and when was running. Thanks for any help.

How many miles are on it? When is the last time you changed the oil?

it has 245,000 on it and the oil was changed less then 2,000 miles ago.i changed the fuel filter first thing after it started acting up. also the injector o rings were changed out 8,000 miles ago. since it first started it has gotten a lot worst. it wont even start now.

Have you looked at your valve cover gaskets and injector/glow plug wire harnesses???

i checked the harnesses by unplugging one at a time an it ran worst on every plug.
