ok I just put a new lift pump in my 96 e350 7.3 ps...
it has done this once and a while before but just momentarily..
when I push the accelerator to take off it doesnt take off with any power once Im up to about 10 the motor loudens up and takes off....

not in gear it revs up ok most of the time.. sometimes it takes a second or two to rev up

the engine light is on but cant comunicate with computer..
I cleaned the egr pressure sensor tube out today it was super clogged...
