Oil rail plug tricks

Does anyone have any tricks to getting the plugs out, due to tight quarters? What about draining the rail?

97 F-250 Extended Cab 4x4 Powerstroke, Handshaker, FPR Shim mod, straight pipe.

the oil plugs under the valve cover? or the end of the heads?

End of the heads, they are leaking a little not sure if they didn't get tightened. Just put in a long block and didn't think to check them. Gonna check tomorrow

online places sell the plugs and o-rings for 14.95 and the rear plugs use a 1/2" swivel head ratchet. The driver front you need to remove the access bracket to get to it
