motor wont start

I have read alot of the threads and i can't figure out why i can't get mine to fire. i have a 1996 e350 with the 7.3 powerstroke. i have checked fuel pressure, fuses, fluid levels. i put new valve cover gaskets on with new wiring. please help i'm going to go crazy

yes the light come on, it cranks fine, no smoke from exhaust

HPOP res full?

where is the hpop located at

front of motor, top, dead center, you'll see a hex or square recessed drain plug on top. check there. should be full or 1" from top.

What was your fuel pressure?????

SCANNER,you need to hook one up and look at ipr duty cycles and also icp psi on cranking

motor won't start up with starting fluid eitherl. i know that it is a big no no to use it but when i tried it it sounds like it wants to. what else could be the problem?
