Hello all, I live past the 49 yard line, I have a 1996
F250 Powerstroke, It is hard to start hot or cold, I have changed the glow plugs (they where do) , I changed the wiring harness (under the rocker covers and on top of engine), I tested the HPOP and found it not up to spec. and changed it, changed the ICP and IPR as they where not to spec, I put a fuel pressure gauge on the schrader Valve and it reads all over the place when running, and 35-30 psi at stop and drops pressure rather fast. When running at first it is blue smoke with raw fuel ( no excessive oil consumption ) smoke goes away when engine at operating temp. All these parts where replaced over two years, I am at wits end
