95 7.3 wont start please help

i have a 95 7.3 powerstroke. it had a fuel leak which i repaired last weekend. stopped the leak. the truck ran alot better after the fix. 2 days later im on the interstate and the truck dies on me. no vibration, no smoke, and no sputtering just dies. wont start back up. it did kinda run weird when i first started it but run ok when i get down the road. people tell me it may be CMP problem. i checked fuel bowl and its full of fuel. fuel did leak on ground after it started going on the rollback tow truck but i think its fuel that was in the engine valley from previous leak.

No Wait To Start light generally indicates bad PCM.

Sounds as if the fuel bowl heater has shorted out inside bowl causing fuse# 22 to blow, the pcm is on this fuse also.Inside fuel bowl is a round element with soldered joints which loosen over time.Disconnect the one wire that feeds the element, replace fuse and start.Hope this helps

On the outside of the fuel bowl on the driver's side.

It would be the middle wire in this pic.

for some reason that wire had been melted off at the connector. noticed it when i changed the fuel lines. and the wire below it had no insulation on it and threads of wire was just dangling. know anywhere i could get that wire? it comes off with the fuel pump by 2 connector 1on each end right?
