95 PSD won't start cold
I just replaced lift pump and o-ring kit in fuel filter and high pressure regulator and now it will not start cold unless I loosen the fuel filter cap. After I get it started in the morning it is good all day. Have to repeat the next day to start again. Any Ideas what would cause this?
