choppy exhaust, is it my injectors?

I just finished my E-fuel with regulated return, and 3"dp with 4" straight pipe.

I did the fuel mod because I had know issues with the original system, and leaks, and my truck was shuddering at 40-50 mph.

So, today was test drive time

But I think I found more problems that I couldn't "hear" with the stock exhaust.

My truck is sounding real choppy/chattery through the exhaust. Nothing smooth at all. I do have good acceleration though, much better than before

My truck died at one point on the test drive, I stopped and made a left turn and that's when it died. When I was decelerating. But she started right back up and I was good to go.

So can you hear injectors miss firing, and what does it sound like?
I'm thinking that I have some clogged injectors.

With the regulated return, what pressure do you have it set at? You could have it set too low and not feed the injectors enough fuel.
If it was an injector, you should be able to hear it at idle.

Well I've got the AirDog2 set at 65, and the regulator on the engine set at 60

What do bad injectors sound like at idle?
My tuck lopes just a tad like a big cam, and I think I've got white exhaust
