1996 E350 Turbo issue??
Alright, been battling this thing since I bought it! SO what its doin is, when I first fire it up it sounds like the waste gate is stuck open, and when i go to get it on it seems like its limited out at like 15mph, then ill drive around the block a couple times, get some heat in it, and turn it off let it set for a second, then fire it back up. romp on it real quick dumps a bunch of black smoke and then the sound goes away and it runs great.
ANY IDEAS?? its drivin me crazy!!! Thanks

i would delete it or some say the senser tube may be plugged or you can wire it up so you can run it

delete what? Im kinda confused.. I herd EBP valve would be plugged but the 96 van doesnt have them??

can I wire the valve shut with out hurting anything else?
