Truck rpm's drop to 500 when letting off the pedal

Ok so I've had this issue for a few months now. When I let off the pedal coming to a stop my rpms drop to 500 for a few seconds then come back to normal. I've changed my cps and ebp sensor and still hasn't helped. Anyone have ideas on what might cause this?

Try a different tune. I see the same thing on my DP in the 120 race setting. My guess is the TC isn't unlocking fast enough, but I haven't bothered to log it.
