94 1/2 super hard start
I put a powerstroke in a 90 rollback chassis along with the cab. I have to crank it over for a minute to get it to start then it runs fine-no smoke or ruff idling. I haven't got it road worthy yet but this cranking will be the demise of my starter. I do notice before it starts the oil pressure guage jumps to the operating zone. Thanks. My starter thanks you

Probably have some drainback issues with the hpop reservoir. Before you start it next time, check the level of the hpop reservoir. If it is low, fill it up and then start it to see if your crank time decreases.
