no start and batterys drained

I go to start my 95 f250 today after it sat for 2 days and when I turned the key forward to the wait to start position the check engine light and ABS light were on and there was a clicking noise coming from one of the relays in the power box. The batterys were also completely dead. Has this ever happened to anybody or does anybody have any idea what could be wrong. Any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks.

happened to me last week... then my CPS crapped out. i dont know if it was something up or not but it hasn't happened again. i cleaned up my batter connections cause they looked a little corroded also
