no start

i just got a 94 1/2 and drove it home. i let it sit for a month and half went to start it and the batteries where dead so i replaced them and the cam sensor and it still wont start it just spin and spins

are you getting a wait to start light or smoke out the exhaust?

no smoke at all and i am getting the wait to start light i think the pcm is not letting it get any fuel

94 1/2? check the oil level in HPOP, pre-96 had a drainback issue

ok check hpop and top it off for good luck check it after trying to start it looked fine but it still won't start

i also notice after trying to start truck that fuel will leak from the filter cap

Put a new filter in and make sure it seals

it is a new filter it torqued down

is there any way to check the ipr with a volt meter to see if its reading anything during starting

ok i had some else start the truck i can't hear the injectors clicking would that be a electric problem or a oil pressure problem
