Rough Idle, kinda like a moderate cam

My truck has a somewhat rough idle like a gasser would if you had a moderately aggressive cam in it. There is no smoke, power loss, or any hesitation of any kind. All in all the truck runs great, just has a rough idle and I'm wondering if this is normal or something i should be looking into. Its a 5 speed and I already have a solid mass flywheel in it.

its somewhat normal. its called a lope idle for use diesel guys. its a mechanical fuel pump thing
