ok I need some help p1280 will not clear

my cel is on I am getting p1280 but i cant get it to clear I have a snapon scanner for the night
my icp is reading 650-800 at idle and 2465 at full throttle going down the road
this is my 95 f350

also with key on engine off I am showing (MAP 15PSI) and (Exh Back Psr 17psi)

Map and back PSI seem ok. 1280 is ICP low input which normally means Icps shot

Im going to try and get a new ICP sensor tomarow if the steeler isnt to high hope thats it

Also check the pigtail for wear. You can get the ICP from ebay as well for like 100
