i think i have a bad injector or bad orings please help

upon morning start up i get a huge clowd of white smoke doesn't matter what the outside temp is

i have noticed a huge loss or fuel mileage

even after the truck is warm there is still a puff of white smoke

i haven't noticed a loss of power

when the engine is running over 2k i can hear the knock

when the cruise is set going down the highway it doesnt run smooth it has a light knock

its really hard starting if i dont plug it in over night

i ran a buzz test every one sounded the same

i ran cutouts every one sounded the same

i am not using any coolant

how do i find my issue i need help and i need to fix this fast unfortunately i need to sell the truck due to financial issues please help

Plug in a computer that can read the icp or plumb in a mechanical gauge on the passenger side oil rail and see what it says
