water in oil?
ok so i am looking at buying a truck to build another monster truck,i found a 95 powerstroke but the the gut says water in oil im thinkin its the oil cooler any suggestions? any way to check if it is the oil cooler?thanks in advance

oil cooler prolly has been comprimised.dont know how you would check and see if it has been comprimised.
