Heat exchanger oil leak. Anyone fixed this??

My oil/coolant heat exchanger is pouring oil from the front o-ring when its under 32* outside. Anyone had this problem and any tips to make the fix a lil easier as I havent done this one before.

Thanks,
Darren

I have not had to do this. Chances are this is what you need. Good luck.

Great link... Instructions are there too.... It is fairly easy to do. On one truck I had to jack the engine up on the driver's side to get the thing out.
