Xhaust leak

Lately I've noticed some exhaust coming out from under the truck which is a little odd since I'm running stacks. I checked under the hood and it seems to be coming from the back of the turbo. It's tough to really pinpoint it exactly but I'm thinking it's either the up pipes or the flange. I've heard of pedestal rebuild kits or turbo O ring kits. Are these kits only for oil leaks? Is the a gasket that become problematic between the up-pipes and the turbo?
