1995 powerstroke wont even crank

Hi i need any help fast so far ive replaced the following glow plug relay, starter relay, most relay fuses, had the starter tested and it passed and replaced cam relay! PLEASE HELP thanks!

Sounds like either a bad ground OR a bad signal wire to the starter solenoid (the one on the starter) id try running a 14 gauge wire from the battery down to the starter solenoid and seeing if it kicks over. ive had that wire go bad a before

id check the grounds first, then go to that wire
