hpop trick?

I'm trying to take out my hpop to do the o-rings and plug and I am having a hard time with the 10mm bolt on the driver's side of the pump. what tool did you use for this? My 10 deep socket don't seem to fit in the small opening. ideas?

edit: sorry...posted wrong. its an 02 not OBS.

I used a small extension and a 10mm shallow socket. But I used all 1/4 stuff too.

I believe I used a 10mm deep well and a 6" extension on a 3/8" ratchet.
