CEL on No Codes

Was coming home last night and CEL came on and no power started losing rpms slowly, turned off key then back on popped clutch ran for 10 seconds CEL back on, died, repeated probably 15 times then just quit. Looked under hood nothing. Started back up looked again, died, started back up, no CEL drove 10 miles home and parked it. This mornin started rpms varied 500-1000 then CEL came on, died won't start and still no dang code. What happens when fuel pump goes, and how do I check for it.

For got to say the first thing it did was when down shifting to turn a corner I push in the clutch rpms fall like they are supposed to, except they kept falling and died, let out on clutch it would start up and go again. It won't do it every time though.
