Now 3 codes p0472, p0643, p1280

Truck lost power and idle real rough then shut off. Replaced bad fuel filter, cam sensor, icp sensor, oil and filter. Left filter loose and crank with plebty of diesel flow out of filter top. Used my superchips and found these codes. Do I need to disconnect battery to remove codes? I did get truck to start and run be terrible. Foot to floor and maybe 1000 rpm. Now what?

OK swapped out cam sensor and icp sensor and would not start. Loosened fuel filter and cranked and no fuel flowing out of filter canister. Replaced fuel pump and truck now runs and drives normal. But now I have code p0221 which is throttle position sensor switch b circuitrange/perf. and will die but restarts right away. Did I put something on wrong. I double checked everything and is back in order I believe.
