Blank chip

I bought a blank ts chip from a buddy of mine it came out of a 03 super duty. Im going to put it in a 97 module truck if it will work. MY question is how much does it cost for me to have it tuned buy tony wildman.

97 dodge 3500 flat bed 4x4 5x16 injectors 66 mm turbo dtt automatic

2000 Dodge 2500 2x4 all stock other then dtt tranny

Is there a such thing as a blank chip being bad?

If the chip came out of a running truck, there's not reason to think it would be bad. Tony will get you fixed up for sure. He's a great guy to deal with and is really good with OBS trucks.
