1995 water in hpop

a shop here suggested i may have water in my hpop which may cause it to seem bad. they suggest i drain it see if water is in it. um where do i drain it from to see if it has water in it?

you dont drain the hpop,there idiots....what symtoms is your truck displaying....water in the hpop????? ive heard it all now.......

there could be water in it,but you dont do what they re saying,you prolly have a comprimised oil cooler or a cracked injector cup/o-ring,whats it doing???

Cranks but won't start. Was running till I changed gasket on hpop. Now one shop says new icp and hpop other shop says may be water in hpop and new icp.

Also put new injector orings all the way around almost a year ago

Could it also be that when I told my dad to put some oil in it he dumped about 10 quarts of 5w30?

go ahead and change the cps,get a black one if possible but the grey one will work,and no,5w30 wont hurt it...you need a scanner to read ipr duty cycles and icp psi...if it a no start,you prolly need the cps,ipr or a icp...its one of the three,if not check your fuses,i foret whicha one but one is connected to your fuel heater in the fuel bowl,if it touches the side it will short causeing a no start

does the rpm needle jump when cranking??? if not then its your cps

yup,its thye icp,unplug it and see wht it does...the pcm will set its own code,if it still doesnt start then you need to look elswere
