Tip of Glow plug Stuck in HEAD! Help

Changing the glows plugs in my fathers '96 350.. and the Last glow I pulled... against the fire wall on pass side... well the tip of the glow stayed in the engine.
THere is something for me to grab onto, but it will not come out.

ANyone have this problem before... and if so, is there a cure without pullin the head off?

All and any help is encouraged.

THanx

This is why aftermarket glow plugs are frowned on. I've heard of people breaking them off somehow and just letting the remains get spit out the exhaust.

Well no such luck. I tried the mini- visegrip slide puller... I oiled the h- outta of it.

The thing won't move a bit. It won't go in or out.

Can I just run it the way it is?

Clearly these are crappy glow plows... the are not the stock ones like I run in my truck.

A buddy of mine is a ford tech and when mine got stuck he told me to set a board over it and hit the key, it will pop out pretty fast so watch it.
you dont want to keep pulling on it or twisting it because if it breaks you gotta pull the head to get the lil pieces out.
