oil leak back of motor

i have an oil leak on the back of my 96 7.3 any ideas running out of the inspection cover????????

just had the same thing. there is a plug on each end of the head that is a 1/2 inch square drive. them plugs have o-rings on em that go out. if its on the right bank you have to disconnect the exhaust from the turbo and next to the transmission to get a ratchet on that plug to take it out
