95 7.3 rough idle

95 ford f-350 7.3 has a shake and a irregular idle but runs fine going down the road.can do a injector buzz test with scan tool and shows no trouble found. no dtc's no chip change fuel filter every 10,000 miles oil is in good shape changed under 1500 miles ago. was wondering if i had a problem with the idm or maybe fuel pump related. any advice will be appreciated.

Check fuel PSI. Is it a stick or auto? Check for any tiny fuel leak bowl, valley, fuel pump, rear lines, quick disconects that are viewable from the driver side wheel well.
