Harmonic ballancer
Are they known for going out in the 7.3 my truck keeps eating my belt got to looking at it last night and i can see the ballancer vibrating and making all kinds of racket.

there not a common problem but if its vibrating bad then its probably shot

i got an alternator from the parts store that the pulley on it had 1 rib less that it should and it was chewing up the outside of my belt.
