OBS Hard Start
well, the car blew up friday and i need to get the truck runnin tip top so i can drive that. its been starting rather hard. i replaced the bad injectors, 8 new glow plugs and new glow plug relay... runs awesome but cranks for about 6-8 seconds before it starts on about a 60 degree day. i assuming the fuel might be draining back from the pump but not shure. any ideas?

alright so this morning i had to start it on either again. new glow plugs and relay 2 weeks ago. it was loaded up pretty bad too and smoked like no tomorrow. its smoking as i drive it and there is oil in the exhaust. im not noticing a drop in level on the dip stick at all. but the rail plugs are stripped so when i switched injectors the oil went down the cylinders but i cranked it over and blew it out before puttin the new injectors in. my tailgate and back bumper are oily now. i have not needed to start it off ether at all since putting the new glow plugs in until today. and until this it has been starting faster than my first post. any ideas?
