Brake Clicking???

Hello all I ran into a problem today after work. I have a 97 f250 7.3 with an auto trans. I left work and was heading home when i hit a red light and pressed mmy brake and heard somewhat of a clicking sound.. over and over and over as i stopped it went away and it does not make the sound when accelerating just when braking.. i have put on new hubs, and hardware on both sides.. i live 45 mins away from home while in college and dont have all the tools here to lift the rear and accelerate and hit the brake... Any ideas?? thanks

Is there something stuck to the rotor? I've had a rock stick in my rotor on my mustang before
