Inner: 50 ft-lb while rotating the hub and rotor, then back off 90*. Install lockwasher and tighten inner locknut so the pin is aligned into the nearest hole in the lockwasher.
Outer: 160-204 ft-lb. After that the maximum torque required to rotate the hub/rotor is 20 in-lb.
