1997 ZF5pd problem

hey guys I am in need of help BADLY. 1997 F-350 SRW ZF 5SPD. I just put a south bend stage 2 clutch kit in, due to old was throw-out bearing was bad. I upgraded due to future power upgrades. when driving in low rpms i have a grawl noise, when i get to 4th and 5th gear the higher range or highway speeds it sounds like a piston rod is about to come loose. I got a new clutch fork from Ford and changed the fluid with mobil1. the grawl at lower rpms is quieter but not gone and the highway speed noise is still there. I jacked up the rear end and ran to 40 mph and hardly no noise. These noises WERE NOT there before I changed the clutch. I did noticed that if I hit a bump in the road the noise will stop just for the duration of the bump and thats all HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!! I kinda need to fix this ASAP due to it being my daily driver

south bends are noisy. if it bothers you pull your shifter out and add one extra quart of tranny fluid to the tranny. if that doesn't fix it post a video of the noise so I can hear it

This sounds like it's something to do with the position/angle of the driveshaft. Probably always there, just not noticeable until you got the SB. Is this a CC or RC truck? 4x4 or 2WD?
