front Disc Brakes

not sure if they are the same but the front brakes on my 89 F350 are pretty tight it seems like , are these supposed to be able to free wheel??

seem like when i let go of the wheel it will pull to the right because its so tight

any ideas to loosen it up?

Make sure the rubber isn't blown out around the pistons too
