feels like ujoint... help

ive got a 96 f250 4x4 that im having a issue with when you take off from a stop it feels like theres a bad ujoint so i replaced all three along with carrier bearing(figured i should be safe doing them all) well i still have the issue. Tranny is rebuilt and shifst fine except i know the cheap convertor i put in to get my back on the road is failing, could that be what im feeling? thanks

So does it clunk or ?

yea it clunks and you can feel it like theres a loose ujoint. Is it possible to much play in the rear end?
