full floating or semi

i got a 97 f250 heavy duty 4 door cab i need to replace the rear axel seals and the parts guys cant help me i need to know how to tell if my axle are full floating or semi i would like to get the parts i need before i take it apart thanks for any help

I have a 97 ford f250 4x4 I thought i had a ujoint going out. but when i went to change it i noticed my tranfer case was moving. the bolts connecting the transmission were loose. anyone know what causes this?
