Getting frustrated

Okay I had a leak coming off my drivershaft so I picked up a transfer case output shaft seal and had it fixed by my mechanic. Drove the truck home, grabbed my trailer with my mini on it and went to a job. Go to get in my truck to go home, and there's a puddle under the truck again. What the f? Is there something I'm missing... The fluid is coming off the driveshaft. Thanks for help!!
