what do yall think is wrong with my 4x4

ok i have a 95 5 speed 7.3 its the off road edition so it has manual locking hubs. ok this is what happens...put the truck in nuetral engage the trasfer case in 4x4 low or high..lock the hubs of course and put the truck in gear...and the hubs are completely locked and wont let the truck roll. i know the trasfer case works because it turns the driveshaft but the tires wont roll...any help would be appreciated, btw its the ttb front end

Put the truck in 4x4 with out the hubs locked... Will it Roll? this will at least let you know if its transfer case or front end. Then lock one hub in at a time and try the same thing. Will the truck roll with the hubs locked but not in 4x4? Its eater going to be transfer case or front diff

My guess would be with those symptoms either the front diff is froze up or you have an axle shaft binding. On the TTB the axle shaft runs through the beam, but it has a few places it can hit, so I'd check that. And test each hub as well as run the t-case in 4x4 without the hubs locked. But I'd open up that diff, it may well be dry and seized up. Perfect time for a D60!
