Front drive shaft ?

Hello. I just did a Dana 60 swap on my 96 f250 ext cab and the factory drive shaft from the 250 is too long? Do I have to get it shortend or find one out of a 350? If I shorten it how much do I shorten it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry but did I post this in the wrong place? Still a "noob". Haha. Need more info? I'm sure someone else has ran into this problem after doing the swap?! I would just like to see if there is anything out there to solve this before I go and start cutting on my drive shaft I'd hate to cut it and it turn out to be something stupid. Thanks again
