bypassed RABS... now rear brake issues

I have a 95 psd with 114k on it. new front pads, rotors, lines, semi new calipers. new rear shoes, drums, and all hardware. all new steel lines also. had the spongy pedal so I bypassed the rabs valve. bled the lines, re adjusted the rears. now the pedal is good and firm. now here's the problem, under normal braking the truck stops good and evenly in all corners BUT if I jam on the brakes the right rear wheel locks up. I've tried loosening the adjuster but has not helped. anyone have any thoughts?

Probably because you bypassed the rear anti lock brakes, when you jam on it without that it will of course Lock up, I'm pretty sure that's why it locks up anyway, my 67 locks up and it doesn't have rabs on it.

but it's only the one side. I bypassed it because it failed internally and gave me a real soft pedal.

Y not replace it? You've done almost the whole brake system as it is.

have you checked your pads? I had a 94.5 that would lock up one side when hard brakeing....turned out being a cracked brake shoe that would grab the drum and lock up the wheel.
