ford locker
Hi, can you take a factory locker out of a f-250 95psd and put it in a 97 f-350
dually rear end that we want to put under the 95 f-250 to turn the truck into a dually. If for some reason we can not do this what do you think the value of the f-250 rear end w/locker has about 267,000 miles on it,thank's |

ford locker
Well i see some people have looked at my post but no answers so i went to
another forum still no answers, this transfer from a f-250 to a f-350 rear end must not be possible, the only difference we found between them is one axle was longer than the other one, also you would think that all you would have to do would be to unbolt l/s from ring of f-250 and bolt it to f-350,thanks

Parts should be interchangeable. Both SRW and DRW axles in that year are Sterling 10.25's, difference is in the extra length and larger brakes. The big question is why. There wasn't a factory locker available, just a nearly worthless limited slip.
