Truck seems like brakes are sticking

On my 97 psd I had a driver side brake drum stick due to ice/snow and -17 degree temp and ever since it has felt like they are sticking so i pulled of both back tires and checked everything and appers to be ok. When the truck is put into drive the truck does not move like breaks are on but no brake is applyed. I was wonder if my ebpv is to blame casue i think it is bad cause my truck seems to make a woosh sound when gas is let off please help dont want to do any damage and cant afford to be wasting diesel at $3.54 a gallon thanks cody

Possible the ebrake isn't releasing correctly?

i checked that also and that was good. With it being an auto i dont ever use the e-brake but thanks for the reply
