Question Carrier bearing

well my carrier bearing decided to go belly up, which explains the vibrating I've been experiencing and the weird clunking noise I developed last night so today I crawled under my truck and grabbed it and I can move my drive around in the carrier thing, so I just ordered one but how do I go abouts changing it?

95 7.3 4x4 auto ex. cab LB, 3in DP into 7in single stack, K&N cold air intake, built tranny, fpr shim, HKS turbo timer, D60 with 6in springs, crossover steering.

2 ways 1: push it on and off with a press OR 2: cut it off with a grinding wheel and press it on with a punch or pipe.
