Dana 60 I.D.?

Hey guys I just bought a Dana 60 front axle to do the conversion on my 95 F250, problem is I'm not sure what it really is . The guy at the wrecking yard swears it is a mid 80'S, Ford F350, Dana 60 I'v looked all over on the web and the shape/bolt pattern look right but there is no "60" cast into the web of the pumkin...there is however a spicer diamond in that particular spot with (what appears to be) the letters "N O" inside it .Is there a reason why the "60" would not be there if it were a 60? my numbers do not match the charts either (620079 & 620093R) they are stamped on the diff. cover. I can't find any numbers on the tube. Any help would sure be appreciated.
Thanks guys
