power steering? help please

my power steering has been leaking since i got this truck. Nothing big, probably add some every week or so. Then for 2 or 3 weeks i never added anything.
2 nights ago i got in my truck, and she was an absolute mule to drive. Now it goes through fluid at the end of every drive.
I got under it today and got a friend to move the wheels, and fluid GUSHES/SPRAYS out of a housing. I have absolutely no clue what the component is or how to take it out. Currently im cleaning around it.
someone got an idea of this component?

Its right above the ball joint in your view. U- shaped hardline beside it.
